Welcome to MAHPS Explorers!
MAHPS Explorers is Moor Allerton Hall Primary School's (MAHPS) out of school club.
At MAHPS Explorers we give your child the opportunity to spend time socialising with their peers while exploring
maths, science, reading, art, music, dance, and sports, all in a safe secure environment.
Led by our friendly and experienced club staff, we offer a variety of materials and activities for all children to try out new sports, get lost in a story, build amazing creations, bake their own snack, even perform their own dance show, all while building their confidence and social skills.
We also offer a nutritious small meal from a menu which changes each week on a 3-week rotation.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club is from 7:30am
Children can be brought to the Field House Gate where club staff will greet you and sign your child in on the register before they are offered a nutritious, balanced breakfast and will be able to get involved with a few activities before school starts.
Staff will then take children to class ready to start their school day.
Costing - Breakfast Club
Cost: £5.50 per session for non-PP students.
After School Club
Our After School Club is from 3:15pm-5:45pm
Children will be collected from class and signed in on the register before being offered a light meal. They will then have access to a variety of different indoor and outdoor activities.
Children can be collected from Field House Gate any time until 5:45pm latest. Parents should ring the buzzer and a member of staff will collect your child and bring them to the exit.
Costing - After School
Cost: £12 per session for non-PP students.
Late collection fees of £5-£10 may be applied to any parents who collect their children after this time.
Logging On and Booking Sessions
You will be able to access the booking site before your child’s first day, so you can pre-book any sessions you’d like them to attend.
Please follow the below steps to access the site and make bookings:
• Please go to www.moorallertonhall.magicbooking.co.uk or scan the QR Code at the bottom of the page to
access the Magic Booking site. The first time you use the site, you will need to click ‘Forgot Password’ and
enter your email address (this must match the one given to us on your admission form) where a reset link
will be sent to you.
• After you have set up a new password you can log in to the site. An alert box will pop up, then you will
need to click the ‘Children’ tab and complete the consent questions for each child you have in school with us.
• Now you can book! Please click ‘Book Activity’ and select the sessions/dates you need, before proceeding
to the payment screen.
• We have various payment options, including one-off or monthly instalments by card (direct debit) or
childcare vouchers/Tax-Free childcare, or even a combination of the two.
Please note that bookings made within 30 days of the date you book must be paid for
in advance.
