Complaints Procedure
If you have a concern about your child, in the first case please discuss this directly with your child's class teacher. If you are still concerned please make an appointment with the phase leader for your child's year group.
If you still feel your concern has not been addressed then please ask to speak to the headteacher or in her absence the senior leader in charge.
We will do all we can to investigate and resolve issues, however if you really feel your concerns have not been dealt with appropriately the links below will help you to take the matter further.
