Moor Allerton Hall Primary School

Meet our amazing Year 1 team.  In 1P we have Mrs Parrini supported by Mrs Moss. Mrs Parrini is this year developing the continuous provision and outdoor space for our younger children and also works on our Climate Curriculum. This year Mrs Parrini will also be overseeing our History and Geography curriculum alongside Miss Coombes. In 1D we have the returning Mrs Donnelly and Miss Keane. We are very excited to have them both back in Lower School.

In 1G we have Mrs Pritchard sharing the class with Mrs Gilgunn. Mrs Pritchard leads Writing and phonics in Lower School and Mrs Gilgunn leads Art. They will be supported in class by Mrs Dev. The Year One classes will also be supported by Mrs Hodelin and Mrs Doherty teaching phonics. In year 1 we also have Ms Kaur, Ms Akhter, Ms Khan, Ms Wong, Ms Cheung,  Ms Thornton, Ms Jordan, Ms Morley, Ms Arzoo and Ms Azam.

​​A topic looking at Shakespeare and his play The Tempest. We will be using song and dance, drama and art to explore this play.
